If you are looking for a gym that offers a fun but challenging, inclusive environment and yet goal oriented ... then look no further... Banta fitness is the place to be. I have been at Banta Fitness since April, and I still love it. The team are amazing, supportive and will push you to achieve your goals at your own pace. Lots of classes on offer so timing is very flexible. Also, a flexible contract terms with no lock in. Well, don't just take my word for it, book on to a trial class and see for yourself. Oh... you can bring your kid too and they can sit/play and watch you exercise.. good bonding opportunity right there.. Hope to see you around.

This small group fitness gym is fantastic! I Haven’t worked out in over 5 years and started going 2-3 times a week since it opened. I can already see and feel the results! Coaches are very supportive and give you that extra push to make you work just that bit harder. Workouts can be altered to be harder or easier to suit you. I really look forward to the classes each week, as they are genuinely so much fun!!

Great local gym -SOR. Banta is a fantastic little gem in Piara Waters with awesome, caring trainers and a lovely sense of community. The workouts change regularly and are designed to challenge but still work with individual fitness levels and limitations. Class size is small, ensuring individual attention. The trainers are encouraging, open to suggestions and opinions without judgement and make working out fun! I truly feel energised after the workouts.

I absolutely love the Banta fitness. All coaches are amazing. It's perfect if you would want to create a routine for going to gym and progress over time. Their programs are designed to exercise all body with also targeted areas. It's a brand new small gym, very neat withh mall groups that you get the same coaching and attention as you are working with a personal trainer.

What can I say - This place is a home we have been patiently waiting for the boys, Mitch and Scotty to create. I have followed them over from a previous gym and do not regret this one bit. The banter, fun and vibe they have created is infectious!!! I would recommend our gym family to anyone looking for a place to come workout and be yourself. Dance moves always welcome between sets!

BANTA Fitness trainers are highly personable, supportive and encouraging. They recognize my health weaknesses and adjust the program to suit my ability. It's small group training but feels like 1 to 1 personal training without the hefty cost involved. I've been with Scotty and Mitch coming up 2yrs now, and with these boys as well as the new trainers they've snapped up, it's a fun, cheeky and supportive environment for new members, old members AND the young and old members, who compliment, (jokingly) insult, laugh and push each other through just about everything. Some days I think I'm more motivated to go for the BANTA more than I go for the fitness!

Awesome place to workout at. When they say all-inclusive, they mean in. Never once have I felt left out or out of place. I've been to fitness groups where the crowds are very cliquey but not here. Everyone here is extremely friendly and the coach makes sure you fit in. Friendly coaches and great program. Thanks guys!!

You can still make gains without a sense of humour, but why would you want to? The coaches are great and one of them doesn't even need an alarm to get to the gym on time for classes - what a gift. Myself excluded, the 0530 regulars are a bit tapped, but maybe that's the perfect place for you? Paying $40 odd bucks a week to take the piss out of a few people before I start my work day is a beautiful thing that I highly recommend everyone give a go.

Not a person that usually likes group classes and hadn’t done one in a long time. But the atmosphere, the different fitness levels didn’t make you feel intimidated. Both Mitch & Scott continue to push you when you think you have nothing in the tank, they seem to find more. I would recommend for anyone at any fitness level.

They understand the needs of people like me with mobility issues and training with them has improved my mobility to the extent that I don’t limp anymore from knee pain. Banta is a great place to train. The coaches have mastered the balance of pushing you to do more without breaking you. They are also good at working around injuries. The classes are small and the ppl I train with are fun. We are a a bunch of smart ar$es who give as good as we get. Honestly I’ve been here since 2021 and I could have gone elsewhere but banta fitness addresses parts of fitness learning that most people don’t think about at all. For one, the program is scalable to your level of fitness, no one gets left behind nor compared to. You could join the program anytime, pause, leave, come back and still the coaches will find a way to cater to you. The other is that the program feels achievable which is important setting yourself small goals to start with so you don’t feel like the bigger goals feel impossible and that at the end of the workout, you still come out accomplished and feeling grateful you came and did your best. You feel you’ve learnt something and even just 0.1% progress - is still something than nothing. The coaches at banta understand the patience required to learn and build your fitness and celebrate all your wins - big and small along the way as does the community. While we’re patiently building ourselves, we’re having a good laugh, making jokes and friends along the way and that helps make a gym a more pleasurable and inviting place which I respect that the coaches at banta fitness aim to do. We’re not thinking about the micro things like calorie counting or the number on the scale, we’re enjoying the process and each workout that brings laughter and joy and gratitude of the new strength you’re progressively building. I believe this is great for your psychological health and it feels very sustainable which is something I strongly value. At least this is how it is for me. An honest experience of why I’ve stayed so long. Yes the laughter and joy are part of it, as does the fun “BANTER”, but the understanding, patience and careful care to help you feel accomplished, and better about your body is so worth it in both the short and long term. Before you realise it, you’ll be so fit that you forget where you started.
